Who are u?

Hi I’m naya. I’m 19 years old but I will be 20 on this December. I’m studying in Bachelor of Arts program in language and culture and I was exchange student in Argentina on 2013

One story

When I arrived Argentina,my host’s restroom couldn’t close the door.Normally,they supposed to be able right? . One day I really rush to restroom and then I opened the door.I saw my host mother was doing her business. 5 minute later,she came to me and said restroom is available now. I was really shocked because she act like nothing happened.

Argentina is a federal republic located in southeastern South America.Argentina is the eighth-largest country in the world. The highest and the lowest points of South America are also located in Argentina.Buenos Aires is Argentina’s capital city.

Asado is a term used both for a range of barbecue techniques and the social event of having or attending a barbecue in Argentina and Uruguay, where it is an exceptionally popular dish. In these countries, asado is a traditional dish and also the standard word for “barbecue”


2 ravioles

Ravioli are a type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough. Usually served either in broth or with a pasta sauce, they originated as a traditional food in Italian cuisine.


3. Dulce de leche

Dulce de leche is a confection prepared by slowly heating sweetened milk to create a substance that derives its taste from the Maillard reaction, changing flavour and colour. Literally translated, it means “Jam of milk” or “sweet of milk.”Its origin is a highly debated topic and it is popular in most of Latin American countries.


4.empanadas or empanada

An empanada  is a stuffed bread or pastry baked or fried in many countries in Latin Europe, Latin America, the United States, and parts of Southeast Asia. The name comes from the Galician, Portuguese, and Spanish verb empanar, meaning to wrap or coat in bread.


5. croqueta or croquette

A croquette is a small breadcrumbed fried food roll containing, usually as main ingredients, mashed potatoes or ground meat (veal, beef, chicken, or turkey), shellfish, fish, cheese, vegetables, and mixed with béchamel or brown sauce,and soaked white bread, egg, onion, spices and herbs, wine, milk, beer, or any of the combination thereof, sometimes with a filling, e.g. sautéed onions, mushrooms, or boiled eggs (Scotch eggs)
