Who are u??

I am Pasit Prasertserisakul(Kendo) and I was an Exchange student in Germany. Now I’m undergraduate in SIIT (Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology)

One story

I travelled to Italy without telling my organization(afs). If AFS find out, they will send me back to Thailand right away.I told my organization that I’ll be staying in Switzerland for 7 days, but actually I went to Italy for 4 days then I came back to Switzerland.

About Germany

Germany officially the Federal Republic of Germany is a federal parliamentary republic in central-western Europe. It includes 16 constituent states, covers an area of 357,021 square kilometres,and has a largely temperate seasonal climate. Its capital and largest city is Berlin. With about 82.0 million inhabitants, Germany is the most populous member state of the European Union. After the United States, it is the second most popular human migration destination.

1. Germany Bee

Beer is a major part of German culture. German beer is brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot, which only permits water, hops, and malt as ingredients and stipulated that beers not exclusively using barley-malt, such as wheat beer, must be top-fermented (sometimes called the “German Beer Purity Law” in English, is the collective name for a series of regulations limiting the ingredients in beer in Germany and its predecessor states.).

2.Döner(kebab)

Döner kebab is popular in many countries in the form of fast food, often as an end to a night out when preceded by the consumption of alcohol. It is originateThe word originated in the Middle East .It has different definitions in different varieties of English, and in different cultures. Annual sales of döner kebabs in Germany amounted to €2.5 billion in 2010. Beef or veal, and chicken, are widely used instead of the more expensive lamb.

3.Germany Sausage

In Germany,There are many kind of sausage and differently in many area.Here is my 3 favourites.

3.1 Currywurst

Currywurst is a fast food dish of German origin consisting of steamed, then fried pork sausage typically cut into slices and seasoned with curry ketchup, a sauce based on spiced ketchup or tomato paste, itself topped with curry powder, or a ready-made ketchup seasoned with curry and other spices. The dish is often served with French fries.

3.2 Bockwurst

Bockwurst is a German sausage which was first mentioned in 1827 in Bavaria.Nevertheless, an “urban legend” in Berlin claims that it was invented in 1889 by restaurant owner R. Scholtz of Berlin.The sausage is traditionally made from ground veal and pork (tending more towards veal, unlike bratwurst). Bockwurst is flavored with salt, white pepper and paprika. Other herbs, such as chives and parsley, are often also added and, in Germany, bockwurst is often smoked as well.

3.3 weisswurst

A Weisswurst is a traditional Bavarian sausage made from minced veal and pork back bacon. It is usually flavoured with parsley, lemon, mace, onions, ginger, and cardamom, although there are some variations. Then the mixture is stuffed into pork casings and separated into individual sausages measuring about ten to twelve centimeters in length and about two centimeters in thickness.

4. Haribo

Haribo is a German confectionery company, founded in 1920 by Johannes “Hans” Riegel, Sr. It is headquartered in Bonn and the name comes from an abbreviation of Hans Riegel, Bonn. Haribo is one of the biggest manufacturers of gummy and jelly sweets in the world, with its products mainly consisting of gummy bears, other jelly sweets and liquorice. The company has five factories in Germany and 13 throughout the rest of Europe, and sales offices in almost every country in Europe, as well as in the United States and Australia.

5. Eintopf(Soup)

Eintopf is a traditional type of German stew which can consist of a great number of ingredients. Technically, the term refers to a way of cooking the ingredients in one pot, not to any specific recipe. Many different regional specialty recipes for Eintopf are known in Germany.
