Hello, my name is Pich Rittapirom,nickname Pich. I am 18 years old and I was an exchange student in Brazil. 

One story

When I was in Brazil, I went to the night club for the first time and I drank a lot of vodka for the first time. After that, I threw up all over the street and end up slept in the bathroom in a nightclub.

Churrasco is a Spanish and Portuguese term referring to beef or grilled meat more generally, differing across Latin America and Europe, but a prominent feature in the cuisine of Uruguay, Brazil, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Nicaragua, Peru and other Latin American countries.


Frango assado (Roast chicken)

Roast chicken is chicken prepared as food by roasting whether in a home kitchen, over a fire, or with a professional rotisserie (rotary spit). Generally, the chicken is roasted with its own fat and juices by circulating the meat during roasting, and therefore, are usually cooked exposed to fire or heat with some type of rotary grill so that the circulation of these fats and juices is as efficient as possible. Roast chicken is a dish that appears in a wide variety of cuisines worldwide.

Potato salad is a dish made from boiled potatoes that come in many versions in different regions of the world.It is a popular menu choice of cooks preparing food for a large number of people, because it is easily made in large quantities, can be prepared in advance then refrigerated until needed, and requires inexpensive ingredients.
